The Journey That Brought Me Here
For over two decades, I built my corporate career around execution, results and leading teams. I knew how to deliver. But when I stepped into leadership myself, I discovered something I hadn't been prepared for:
Being good at your job and knowing how to lead are not the same thing.
I saw the same transition in many of the women I led. They were capable professionals stepping into bigger roles, yet quietly questioning their confidence, decisions and leadership identity. I supported them with advice and experience, until coaching taught me something deeper: sometimes people don’t need more answers; they need the right space to discover their own.
That insight brought together my foundation in psychology, 20+ years of corporate leadership and professional coaching and became the heart of Nourish Reflect Thrive.
And as my work evolved, so did the way I created impact. Coaching allowed me to work deeply with one person at a time; facilitation allowed me to bring reflection, conversation and learning into the room for many. Today, I work with individuals and organisations through coaching, leadership development and facilitation helping people not simply perform in their roles, but grow into them.
