04 | Leadership Development & Facilitation

Develop leaders who can lead people not just performance.

Leadership development cannot stop at knowing the models.

The real test happens when a new manager has to give difficult feedback, delegate work they could do faster themselves, manage conflicting expectations, influence a stakeholder or lead a team through uncertainty.

Drawing on 20+ years of corporate leadership and people-management experience, along with my background in psychology, coaching and leadership development, I design facilitated learning experiences grounded in the realities leaders encounter at work.

A group of professionals engaged in a business meeting in a modern conference room.

Leadership development that connects learning with the realities of leading.

People rarely struggle as leaders because they haven’t heard enough leadership theory.

The challenge is applying it when conversations become difficult, priorities compete, teams expect answers, stakeholders need influencing and performance still has to be delivered.

My facilitated interventions create space for leaders to learn, reflect, practise and translate insight into workplace action
